Fixed Cellular Terminals
A Fixed Cellular Terminal (FCT) in basic terms is a device with GSM Cellular technology. They are bought in the same manner as a GSM handset i.e SIM free and require a connected SIM on any of the current networks. The most common use is in " least cost routing" (LCR) as network operators offer lower tariffs when phoning from a landline to a mobile. In this instance the Terminal is attached to the PABX or landline and calls are cheaper when dialled to mobiles through this unit.
